There are currently 105 jurisdictions that have signed the CRS Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (with more jurisdictions in the process) – an OECD initiative to exchange tax information on request, spontaneously or automatically between jurisdictions, as well as to assist in the collection of taxes. South Africa is a signatory to this agreement.
